Gourmet Vegan Dinner at RCBCCAC
Join NJveg for a special 4-course vegan dinner at Vaulted Cuisine, prepared by Rowan College at Burlington County Culinary Arts Center (RCBCCAC) students! Weve had very enjoyable meals here the last 9 semesters and are continuing our tradition this semester! These dinners assure the students future chefs that providing vegan options is essential. A gift of a vegan cookbook is made to each student as additional encouragement!
- Appetizer - Chic n Caesar Salad, Chickpea fritter
- Soup - Butternut Squash Soup w/ sweet potato, rosemary, pear, pesto
- Entrée - Lentil and Quinoa Bolognese w/ Fresh Orecchiette
- Dessert - Cashew Cheesecake
